UFC heavyweight contender Francis Ngannou has made major changes to his training regiment over the past two years. The results are there for all to see in the former UFC heavyweight challenger’s result, with Ngannou (14-3 MMA, 9-2 UFC) claiming first-round knockouts of each of his last three opponents. The Cameroonian contender recently made the move to Las Vegas and has put some serious focus into his strength and conditioning at the UFC Performance Institute.
