Mir (17-9 MMA, 15-9 UFC) traveled to Porto Alegre, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, to take on Silva (18-7-1 MMA, 2-4-1 UFC) in what was a must-win fight. The former heavyweight champion was the betting underdog, but that didn’t stop him from finishing “Bigfoot” inside the first round for his 15th octagon victory.
