After a successful career in the now-defunct WEC, lightweight Kamal Shalorus segued to the UFC and failed to win inside the octagon. Since then, he’s won two straight in the Asia-based ONE FC, and, he said, gotten his act together. “The difference is I wasn’t fully prepared for those fights,” Shalorus (9-3-2) told MMAjunkie. “I’m in a much better place now with my preparation.
