Mitch Gagnon hopes to build the type of win streak that will justify a title shot in the UFC’s bantamweight division. But the 29-year-old fighter admits he’s been somewhat restricted from making a name for himself outside his native Canada. While short on giving specifics, he said a troubled youth has kept him from fighting in the U.S. “There’s a few hiccups the last couple times I tried to cross, but we’re figuring it out, and I feel positive that by the middle of this year, I’ll be crossing stateside to fight,” Gagnon told MMAjunkie Radio.
