UFC heavyweight champion Jon Jones is expected to return to action in November at Madison Square Garden against former two-time titleholder Stipe Miocic . Jones captured the heavyweight title at UFC 295 in March 2023 by making quick work of former interim titleholder Ciryl Gane . Heading into the fight, Jones had been out of action for more than three years, and he hasn’t fought since. While preparing to face Miocic at UFC at UFC 295 last November, Jones tore a pectoral tendon that effectively put the heavyweight division in limbo.
